The
Exchange Club of Naperville with generous support
of the Naperville Park District and the City of Naperville are
making plans for the 20th annual Ribfest. Voted as "The
Best Fest in the Midwest" for the last 9 years, Ribfest
2006 will run from June 30th through July 4th at Naperville Knoch
Park. Approximately 250,000 people come to enjoy the food and
listen to the music each year.
The proceeds from this event will continue the fight against
child abuse and domestic violence. Additionally, Ribfest revenues
support various youth programs, community service projects and
events promoting Americanism. Your support as a corporate sponsor
is needed to underwrite the expenses of the year's fundraiser
and can assist us, your community and yourselves in many positive
ways. With the help of our sponsors the Exchange Club of Naperville
has donated over $2,500,000 back to our community through our
501 (c) (3) foundation.
The mission
statement of the Exchange Club of Naperville is as follows:
" The Exchange Club of Naperville is about people helping
people in the belief that HOPE FOR TOMORROW HAPPENS TODAY! We
are about giving back a little of ourselves to our community;
we are about growing within ourselves through our efforts to
help others; we are about developing close personal relationships
with newly found friends.
We come together in order to eliminate child abuse in all forms;
to foster the health and growth of a strong family unit; to
promote Americanism; to strengthen the education of our children;
and to give our ourselves in service to our community.
Our membership is open to anyone who is willing to accept these
goals as their own."
